Any MD physician should be able to help you. It is almost unheard of in India. It is seen more commonly in the USA but is very rare even there. Why do you think you have Lyme disease. You must have clinical features suggestive of it. A lab test is not a sure shot way of diagnosis for a disease. Clinical signs and symptoms are often more important than a lab test. Visit a doctor who is willing to examine you for Lyme disease and tell him or her you specifically want to rule it out. Antibody testing (ELISA) for Lyme disease will be positive only in an active infection. Warm regards Dr. Rajdeep Mysore. Chirag Hospital Bangalore
