Lung Nodules
After having sever Covid with pneumonia my mother had a HRCT showing ground glass opacity.. Nothing else.. Then we did a second HRCT which said scattered ground glass opacity and Koch's lesion.. And after a full year.. Now we did CT scan and it is showing few lung nodules largest 9mm.. Doctor asking for Broncoscopy.. Why and how did this happen? Please tell me.. I'm worried sick.. Also, My mother has severe OSA and uses machine at night..

Post covid sequelae. May be due to prolonged use of steroids,kochs lesions,might have occurred.you have to diagnose the type of Nodules.Bronchoscopy and fnac are necessary. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken.
