PET ct initialy is never a choice. Nodule can be infective or inflammatory also. Need not be malignant. Can do a repeat HRCT chest after 3 months. Menawhile can do blood work up for infections
Pl have biopsy. Pl have follow up. Benign becoming malignant is not common. Pl also verify swellings any where. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
