Lumps on testicals
From last few years I have noticed I have 4-5 medium size lumps on my testicals, they dont pain or burst after hell lot of pressure.
It looks ugly i tried to puncture with a niddle a year back but it didn't work either.
It dont pain or itch just.

it could be steatocystoma multiplex scrotum. this requires surgical removal. Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with this more information on ongoing medication or previous history of skin illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
