Lumps on skin, itchy and leave patches

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have pink lumps on my skin n they are it chy and after that leave dark black patches on skin. I have consulted n doc saying its due to immunity system week. As per doctor they are lichen planus..i have tried medicines but still they are not going..for one month it got disapperd but came again. Can u suggest if its allery with something or what...its almost more than2 yearsim having it. Please suggest.
