I got in a fight and the girl pulled my hair really bad and kicked it and after that i have had a dent in my hair and when i try to put my hair up its a big lump throughout my whole head it fills like fluid inside and its un even. the doctor or the hospital dont know what it is and it hurts bad.

It could be a hematoma due to local blood collection post trauma, or could be an abscess due to infection over the scalp. A sonography can be considered to get a better idea about the condition. Hope this was helpful.
