I have some lumps on my penis for last few days. They do not itch nor they are painful. I first got some lumps in December 2019 which popped and left deep pit scars on penis head. Then in March mid i started getting these new lumps on my penis head. I have never had sex in my life till now. I masturbate a lot , almost everyday. And also, 2 days before i saw a lump in my private area below the belt region. I am attaching the photos for same. Please sir help me to get rid of these things.
