Lumps on anal opening.
Hello doctor ..4 lumps on my anal opening few days ago I found a new lump there which painful and older are painless .. some lumps are small and some are big .what is this ?? Is this symptoms of any serious disease . Help me please

Its piles .not a big problem take arshkuthar ras 2tab BD AFTER Meal and if there bleeding take bol baddh ras 2tab Bd and try to take more fiber diet coz this disease come from long time constipation
