Lumps in Testicular skin

Question

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Recently i have observed 2 3 lumps in my testicular skin. Based on my observation it is in skin and not in testicle. It doesn't pain or i don't have any other difficulties and it is dry , no serum or any other liquid observed. But i want to get this consulted to avoid this becoming serious. Also want to understand how serious it can be. Attaching a pic if that helps.
