Lumps in head and breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have two lumps from 2 years. One in my head and one in my breast. I took homeopathic teatment for 1 year but i didn't feel any type of improvement in both lumps. But also they never increase and now i feel my head lump increase day by day. Please tell me what should i do and whay i have these lumps.
