Lumps behind ear

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi, my aunty is facing a problem. She is having lumps behind her both the ears and also three lumps on her back neck hairline since 10 days. Initially it was paining for her so she consulted doctor and they gave antibiotics. But now the pain has reduced a bit but the lumps are not subsiding. When she touches it pains her. Please advice, consulted ENT specialist and they said no problem in throat and ears.
