  3. Lump under Underarm. Investigate this?

Lump under Underarm
I have been seeing a lump under my left arm. The area above the lump towards the chest looks swollen. The lump isn't painful but it doesn't look normal considering the portion near under arms and chest looks swollen. Please let me know which is causing this and if i should visit physician to investigate this?
