Lump under armpits

Hi Sir, I observe a lump under armpits before 5 days. It is size of Rajma beans. It is normally not painful, when I touch or press, then I can feel some pain. No pus filled. Little bit skin swollen. Please guide me, how many days usually it take to desolve itself? How many day I can wait before visiting docotor?
