Please consult a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management. The doctor on Practo will be able to give an intelligent guess at the best, not a diagnosis for your problem.

I understand your worry. The underarm lump in the image could be due to swollen lymph node (from infection or inflammation), cyst, or rarely breast/skin-related conditions. Please don’t panic ,most are benign, but since it’s new, get it examined by a doctor (preferably surgeon or gynecologist). They may advise ultrasound of breast + axilla to confirm the cause. Meanwhile, watch for pain, fever, or if it grows rapidly. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.

Looks like infection. A full course of antibiotic will mostly settle the swelling. If persists after antibiotic cover, should go for incision and drainage. Kindly consult a Dr for proper history taking, evaluation and antibiotic prescription
