Lump or boil like in underarm

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have 2 small lumps in one of my underarms one lump is recently there. it is painful just like boil. now the pain and boil or lump is subsiding on its own. before also more often i see painfull lump in my both underarms but it disapperars after some days. I have white vaginal discharge also which is sometime fishy smell and itchy. any problem?
