Lump on right side testicle & tounge tie

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My baby is of 3weeks. He born in 37th week of pregnancy. I want a consultation on 2 questions Harniya and tounge tie. Today morning we noticed on right side of his testies there is lump. we consult today with Dr. He recommended sonography. In sonography it said harniya of 3.7mm. I am attaching report Another we asked to dr. We think baby have toung tie. Dr. Said it is very minute it will be ok after some time wait and watch he recommended. Baby is able to suck milk properly and his weight is also increasing so dr. Said no issues. Can you please guide me in this as I am very tensed. As Dr. Is away for Diwali vaccation.

Hi. Tongue tie , nothing to worry. If baby is having difficulty in feeding or speech, then we have to act. As of now , nothing to worry

Hernia is small. Since the baby was born preterm wait for 2-3 months. If still present after 3 months, meet a paediatric surgeon.
