Lump in right side testicle and tounge

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My baby is 3 weeks old. baby delivered in 37week of pregnancy. I have 2 questions to asked. Harniya And heart shape near tounge. Today we noticed a lump on right side of testicle of size 3.7mm in right inguinal region and clear fluid seen hearnitinfg when cry . We did sonography and report said it's harniya. I am attaching the report for refernce. We asked about tounge Dr. Said it is very minute tounge tie .we need to wait and watch it might get resolved by sometime. Baby weight is 3kg so dr said he is able to suck milk so there is no issue.
