Lump on leg

Asked for Female, 24 Years

It started as a little thing ages ago and I tried to squeeze it and it got a bit bigger but then just stayed as a small lump so I ignored it. But it's got bigger this week, I am in spain. It has got inflamed and bigger.Had it for months. Doesn't hurt like a spot, tender to touch. No puss comes out.
