Lump on left brest
I am observing some lump like thing on my spouse's breast and very nervous about this thing. Consluted with gynecologist but she said its just blockage of viens. Kindly suggest. I am also attaching the screenshot of problem.

I can understand you are concerned about the lump.. But from the picture its not clear...Thats why its hard to comment on the same.
What I suggest is to visit nearby dermatologist once for further management.
