  4. Lump on cheek. Suggest what should i do?

Hi, I have noticed from the past month I have got a lump on the lower side of my lump cheek. It is a bit hard and not painful. Very small in size. I used B-Muce and had Metrogyl but it is still there. Can you suggest what should I do? Regards, Siddharth
