Lump near anus

Asked for Female, 48 Years

I’ve had boils/cysts that have had to be drained by a doctor on my rear end but now I have a lump about an inch from my anus that is bothering me. It’s drfinitely NOT like the others I’ve had that were unbearable (pain) and red/irritated. This is not painful. Just annoying. Not red around it. But in a place that runs all day. I’ve been on antibiotics for 6 days, used tea tree oil and lavender oil on it and kept the area clean and dry. It’s not going away. What can I do?
