Lump in throat
Dear Doctor ! My mother has been sick from 2 months now. Half a month back we got most of her routine tests done and she was diagnosed with typhoid. Her treatment began 10-15 days back and she was even admitted for 3-4 days. After being discharged, she seemed fine but got 101.5 fever again last evening and then today around same time. Meanwhile, she has been complaining of a strange lump in her throat area which she feels while swallowing things but it doesn't pain until the area touched. Is this a smyptom of some other infection ! What more tests should we perform for her. Plz advise.
