I have got a lumps in my right arm on the muscle skin has changed colour not giving me pain just aches now and then and there's 2 smaller lumps little bit lower down with a yellow streak leading to bigger lump

It is a lipoma. Lipoma is non cancerous tumor. It'll not harm you. It very difficult to cure. Even surgery doesn't have permanent solution. Don't waste your time and money.
