Lump in side of neck

I am a 13 year old boy.I have a small lump on the left side of my neck.It is soft,completely painless,moves around when I touch it,but is visible from the outside.I am worried.Please provide appropriate advice.Thank you.

Hello! Lump on the neck can have a lot of differential diagnosis. But the most common diagnosis is lymphadenopathy ie a swelling of lymph nodes. This may be due to many reasons such as infection. It is best you consult a pediatrician or a physician for further evaluation.
