Hi, I have noticed a new lump in my scrotum. I suspect it may be Spermatocele or something else. I would like to know what it is. But I am not having any pain Your servant SRGD

The swelling you are mentioning is on the skin or in the testis. If it is over the skin, it may be a sebecious cyst. If it is in testis it need to be investigated thoroughly. Any way consult a surgeon.
