  4. Lump in my right under arm. Surgery?

Lump in my right under arm
Hi I have a lump growing for last few years in my right arm, my gynecologist confirmed it's an extension of the mammary gland & can be removed surgically. It has grown a bit in years and pains at times. Can that be removed with a minor surgery?
