Lump (hard bubble)on pubichair region.

Hello Sir/Maam, Im male aged 21, I have got a cyst or lump like hard bubble near the pubic hair region upside of penis, it's not painful, wheneven I touch it I feel it other wise it won't feel or create pain. The cyst or lump like may be a 1cm size. Please help me to find the problem of it. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.
