Lump around anus

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have a lump near my anus from around 1 year I guess. Now its become 2 attached lumps. It used to not pain at all. It's pea sized and same flesh colour. But from past one day it suddenly started paining. It does not bleed or turned into purple or red but I'm still scared because its hurting That lump has become little hard than before and its paining while walking sitting and other things. I don't know what to do. Its kinda embarrassing to consult a doctor. So if you can suggest any home remedy
