Lumbo disc problem

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I'm having cervical spondlysis, cerebellar ectopia and disc degeneration of lumbo sacral spine L3-L4,L4-L5 disc problems causing compression on the thecal sac and nerve roots. whether I can do normal exercises? How to get cure from this pls give me treatment options for it and how to prevent from getting worse ?
