As per the MRI scan report , there is only mild disc bulge and narrowing at place where your nerve exits the spine canal..You can have neck pain and radiculopathy because of that.. But if you strengthen your neck muscles, the disc bulge will not progress and the narrowing at exit of nerve will not progress.. You can consult with Ortho doctor for clinical examination if you are worried.. Neurobion forte tablet is given in radiating pain..
