Hi, my doctor says my S1 is lumbarized. I have been talking muscle relaxants for last 2 months and had 3 sessions of physiotherapy. I am lying down most of the time and am doing exercises also but nothing seems to help. Can you advise if ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment be more useful in this case than allopathic
