Lumbar Spondylosis Treatment
From last 4 month i am feeling Pain & Numbness, tingling sensation in my right Leg, Calf, lower back,Hip. There is no strength in right leg as compared to left leg. I have done MRI today. It shows Lumbar Spondylosis with level disc protrusion at L4/L5 and L5/S1. Please tell me which doctor i should consult for these treatment. I am in the pain from last 4 month.

You should consult a spine surgeon for your problem. As per the MRI film, there appears a disc protrusion at L4-L5 level.
Next Steps
If you are having a significant weakness in the lower limb on one side, it may require a major intervention in the form of surgery. You need to take complete bed rest for now. Also, start with analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, calcium, Vit d, Pregabalin.
Health Tips
Apply Lumbosacral belt for support,  avoid heavy work,  avoid Indian toilet   avoid stair climbing and descending,  avoid forward bending..
