Lumbar spondylosis since 5 years
I had an injury 5 years back. I took a MRI scan and got to know that I have lumbar spondylosis. Should I go for a surgery or physiotherapy will treat me?

Hi..please visit physiotherapy with all the reports..as sir said..we need to clinically check. .and also require more details...when was MRI removed? ..and many more..but symptomatic relief you will surely get through Physio treatment..and as per further details you will be guided.
