Lumbar lordosis
My aunty is suffering from lumbar lordosis. Mri of L- S spine Loss of normal lordosis of lumbar spine is noted. Vertebral body and posterior elements are normal. Flaval ligaments and facet joints are normal. Pre and para vertebral soft tissues are normal. IMPRESSIONS: Mri findings are infavour of Moderate lumbar spondilosis with disc degeneration noted. Posterior disc bulge noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 Causing narrowing noted. Central and paracentral disc prostrusion is noted at L1-L2 level causing moderate thecal sac compression and B/L mild neural foramina Compression noted. And doctor suggest surgery. Please suggest me, surgery is only option ? Please Permanent and perfect treatment suggest.

start physiotherapy, with core strengthening... give it good 6 weeks, she'll recover. ifs not, go for surgery!
