First find out the reason for loss of lumbar lordosis. Mainly its because of core muscle imbalance and weaknesses. So get it assessed by a physiotherapist. No exercises in pain. Reduce the pain first then learn core strenthing exercises from a physiotherapist doctor. You will be fine soon.

Hi, your problem is totally mechanical caused by imbalance of core muscles, hip muscles and spinal muscles. Get yourself assessed by an orthopedic physiotherapist. A progressive exercise protocol will help you a lot.
