Lumbar Back pain
I am 23 year old boy .I got injured when I was a 13 year old .I fell down from a bicycle and was badly hurt . at present i am having back pain since a month .I have done the x-ray of my lumbo sacral back and it says LUMBAR SPINE STRAIGHTENING DUE TO MUSCLE SPASM . pls help me out I m tensed . What could be the possible reason . How should I cure this problem. I don't have radiating pain in my legs or in my upper back .
