Please help i am facing lpr acid reflux globus sensation i feel something is stuck in thraot something like needle i am coughing clearing my throat please help facing problem till 6 months it's like problem is not going away

Hi. I just want to know if you are sure nothing like a fishbone or pointed object has ever stuck in your throat before . Do u have any smoking or alcohol addiction?
