I was dignosed  lpr by ent doctor by just looking into throat by light by looking colour of throat he did no camera test laryngoscopy test so i was confused whether it is dignosed write wrong He said throat is inflammed plz clear by doubt How it dignosed

There a lot of conditions which can be diagnosed by history and direct examination.. Video laryngoscopy is usually done to explain the situation to you more easily as you can see it with your eyes. These days doctors are avoiding endoscopic procedures to avoid cross infection from one patient to another from the scope or to the doctor themselves.. Its nothing wrong in diagnosing lpr by clinical assessment.

Hello Dear LPT- laryngopharyngeal reflux can be diagnosed by looking throat and asking proper history! Video laryngo scopy is avoided these days in view of covid situation!
