Doctor,I have undergone a laproscopy surgery along with cureting on last month 21st
how long I have to wait for doing exercise?
sddenly I havestarted going to green gym for exercise & my lower part is paining terribly.
kindly suggest me what to do?

In laparoscopic surgery, 2-3 wks of rest is required...you can start exercise/gym/etc
but in open surgeries, a bit longer upto 8-12 weeks depending upon surgery.
