After Laproscopy adenomyoctomy
I had severe stomach pain and irregular bleeding last year in lockdwn and in november i undergone a surgery laproscopy adenomyoctomy on nov17th 2020..in nov dec and jan i was given lupride 3.75mg injections and after last shot on jan 25th my 1st period was on april 10th which was normal but spotted 2days before period and at ovilation time i think(14 to16days) 3 days i spotted lightly when i wiped my vagina..later on may 8th my period came 2days before same spotted and period startd(4days flow) it stopped and on 10th and 11th day of period gain severe pain in lower abdomen and 15thto 18th day i spotted again sometimes brwn and sometimes red discharge when i wipe..so today i went for scan and i attached the same..they are saying normal..but i dnt knw why its paining in lower abdomen and feeling very pressure on vagina and rectum..plz help me..what could be the problem

Hello. Ultrasound report seems absolutely normal. Post surgery, it takes some time for normal cycle to occur.
