Irregular periods,stomach pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had no periods for about 2 months,my doctor suggested me to have meprate tablet for 5 days. Later I had my periods. Now over a week I have severe lower stomach pain and lower back pain. And also hair loss. Is this any kind of serious issue

May be , wait ,but try yo avoid meperat in future stomach pain backache r may sign of onset of ur period
