Good morning,
My father, 58 y/o, few days ago controlled his urine so much he ended up having bad pain in lower right abdomen pain. Last night while returning back home he said he's facing same pain and he is unable to bare it. Any suggestions how to treat and get over this pain? Ur suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you!!

One thing should be appreciated.
If an adult holds his urine for a very long time, at least his bladder or ureters can't rupture.
Before that stage he will be unable to hold his urine any further and it will start leaking.
So his pain in the right lower abdomen could be due to infection or a stone in a ureter.
Please get his urine routine examination and culture and also sonography of the whole abdomen and consult with a General Physician on Practo for further management.
