Friday morning, I had been to gym and while working out for my shoulders, suddenly my lower neck portion experienced a kind of pain and my gym instructor told its an air lock and taught me few exercises. But later on it became to much. Now I can't bend down my neck even an inch. And it hurts at the lower part of the neck on and around the spinal cord when I bend the neck.
