Whenever I go for a workout or sit for too long I feel acute pain and distress around the lower backside neck. It's bearable but happens for longer durations. And stretching my neck produces a cracking sound (just like when we pop our fingers).
This may be due to my posture but the pain mainly arises due to workout and sitting for too long on the laptop and I feel distress near neck area when I wake up.
