Lower left cramps

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello doctor from past year i have been getting lower left cramps which are mild and they come and go but worsen during periods. i also have flat stools occational. I have constipation, and gas issues. i have been going for TVS and ultrasounds everymonth as i m pregnant but everything seems normal. why such pain occurs and on one side only??

Cramps r very common in females due to hormonal imbalance they might also be secondary to your constipation issue

if u r suffering from constipation better to start taking high fibre diet in the form of cereals n vegetables, drink plenty of fluids n do regular exercise or walking
