Lower amylase level
I am on regular medicine with doctor consultation for acidity and gas once a day in morning ( Dompan 20) since couple of years . I had recently done a test to check my enzyme levels and also Liver enzymes (LFT) . The liver test was perfectly within lab range but Amylase level was 23.8 U/L ( lower than lab range of 28-110) . I also occasionally take Vitazyme capsule in night. Let me know if there is any concern

Your report showing slightly low amylase is not a cause for concern, especially since your liver function tests are normal and you have no major symptoms. Low amylase levels are usually not clinically significant and can happen due to mild pancreatic enzyme variation, prolonged acidity medicines, or even lab variation. Dompan contains a combination of domperidone and pantoprazole, which is safe for long-term use under supervision. Occasional use of Vitazyme, which contains digestive enzymes, does not cause harm either. However, it is best to take enzyme capsules only when you feel bloating or heaviness after meals, not as a daily habit. Continue your current acidity medicine as advised and maintain a light, regular diet. There is no sign of pancreatic or liver disease based on your current reports. Those in Delhi are welcome to visit my clinic so I can review things personally.

Hi. It would be worth to seek more history regarding any symptoms u may have or have had  pertaining to abdomen. Generally speaking, you levels are very close to low normal Serum Amylase levels so no need to worry currently.
Next Steps
Get your Serum amylase repeated after around a week or 10 days, and then lets compare whether your first reading was just a lab count difference or are you actually low on Amylase. We can then take it ahead from there.
Health Tips
you may try to elaborate on what exactly what symptoms of bloating or indigestion you have.
