Lower belly pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am suffering lower belly pain( right side). Last year in a ultrasonography report ,shows that,two small cyst is in my both overy.but I can't eat any medicine for this.only eat Ovaral - G. last few day I feel some lower right side belly pain. In this situation what can I do.
