Your pain is mechanical back pain due to inadequate back support/ weak paraspinal muscles of the back or improper posture as your history seems to suggest no issue with Xray or MRI- needs to be confirmed with detailed consultation.
Next Steps
Get an online consultation,if you can, so that specific therapy can be started

Persistent back pain for such a long time may be associated with weakness in lumbar vertebrae.. There is a possibility of laxity in ligaments surrounding the vertebrae which may be causing instability..
Next Steps
It would be better to examine clinically and assess all the reports to come to a proper diagnosis. For now  I would suggest you to wear a Lumbosacral belt for support,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  take calcium, vitamin d supplement,  start exercising for back strengthening.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down cross leg, avoid Indian toilet, avoid stair climbing and descending,  avoid forward bending.
