I’hv the Lower back pain scince two months I took the MRI test this week which says “Diffuse bulge with postero-central and right foraminal protrusion of the L5-S1 intervertebral disc causing foraminal stanosis indenting thecal sac and compressing the right S1 nerve root” do I need to go for the surgery or there is any other solution for this
