  4. Lower back pain. What this can be?

Lower back pain
One year ago I have a severe lower back pain that send me to ER. X ray didn't show any damage neither doc detected any nerve damage. I recover after 2 months. One year has passed and again I have the same problem. I do not know anymore what to do. What this can be?
